Went to Phila with Katie and Dan today. Walked around South Street, went to the Magic Garden, got soaking wet in the rain. Love my family.

Keep your fingers crossed tomorrow that Fran and I get the apartment we want on 8th & Lombard aka one block off South! It's really big and our couch is super comfy -hint hint-!
